I went to a seminar today called Motivated Money, It was the best 395 dollars that I have ever spent . Have a look at the website

It talks about only owning one house and then investing the rest into the industry index of the Stock Market. There is so much more to go into there but the jist of the site explains that the Bubble of the housing market is going to burst further, meaning prices will tumble even more. I know that will raise the hackles of some people with investment properties. So have a look at the website and make your own mind up. I’m off to see HHGTTG which should be fun>

For Katherine – there\’s a little text link at the very top of the page , a bit to the left of the Passport Sign In/Out thingy, saying "Syndicate using RSS".If your feed reader does autodiscovery from the browser, that might do it too.
